Metal Stud Framing – ADS Construction has experience, and are qualified to help general contractors or owners, from the schematic stage onto design and value engineering, to shape the most cost-effective project. We have been involved ins DSA, OSHPD, Hospitality, Universities, and Federal/State projects in both light gauge metal stud framing and load bearing metal stud framing. If requested, we do supply and install any rough carpentry, FRP, and acoustical ceilings.
Drywall Installation – ADS Construction has been involved and successfully finished University student housing, Federal Veterans low-income housing, apartments, Hospitality projects in Southern California. ADS has finished privately funded, prevailing wage state/federally funded projects.
Exterior Stucco – ADS provides quality stucco to include all options from a conventional three coat system to an acrylic with any texture desired by the owner. We can install specialty wall coatings (Prep Coat). We provide interior custom plaster finishes. We are capable of providing exterior stucco finishes as well as sheathing and dens board installations.
